Hi, I’m Jonna. I like to cook and I love to bake. I try to err more on the cooking side, because baking makes my long-standing aspirations of abs disintegrate.
I’m of the school of thought that to be healthy and eat well, you don’t *have* to prep your meals for the week. There’s only so many days I can eat the same grilled chicken, roasted broccoli and mashed sweet potato meal before giving in and grabbing Taco Bell on the way home from work.
Healthy eating can be delicious, varied, and exciting. And, if there’s a cheat or three in there, screw it. Everyone deserves a chocolate chip cookie once in a while.
